You need to sign a Application Form with One Photo, One Document as an Address Proof (Ration Card/Bank Proof/Electricity or Telephone Bill/Voting Card) and One Birth or Age Proof (Birth Certificate/Leaving Certificate/Voting Card)

Pay the nominal fee for the PAN CARD set by the Income Tax Department & you will receive in 15 days at your doorstep.
